We currently say
It is recommended that implementations accept all data at their own or a lesser minor version, regardless of the patch version.
Given that recommendation, it would be simpler to simply write
0 HEAD 1 GEDC 2 VERS 7.0
instead of
0 HEAD 1 GEDC 2 VERS 7.0.1
