rollsite读数据是否有buffer机制 #566

请问，目前看，写数据是有buffer机制的，也可以通过 eggroll.rollsite.adapter.sendbuf.size 去修改参数，从而可以更好的利用带宽，加速流程。
请问，读数据是否有类似的机制？

问题背景：
使用FATE，网络入口的带宽无法充分利用，通过加大eggroll.rollsite.adapter.sendbuf.size，可以将出口的带宽充分利用，但是对方接收数据速度很慢
