Hello,
GDrive imposes a download quota; it is hard to download the data set in one go. An alternative option could be to store this in Google Storage or S3 with "requester pays" to keep your costs minimal.

Perhaps Internet Archive can be a mirror as well?

To both the authors of the data or anyone who has downloaded it. Is it possible to get a md5/sha manifest for the files. I've managed to download them (long process of splitting) and would like to verify I have everything correct.
