Hello!
I've got error 2345-0031 while trying to launch checkpoint 3.6.0 with atmosphere 0.8.8 (but also with sx os 2.6.1 or sx os 2.7.1)

I've tried on both with sd card both formated with fat32 or exfat…

Sorry for the form, I'm not a power user and I'm not sure if i'll fulfill it right… but here we go:

  • Entrypoint: atmosphere 0.8.8-master-a09c0899

  • System version: 7.0.1

  • Checkpoint version: 3.6.0

  • Expected behavior: Normal backup/restore.

  • Encountered behavior: Freeze - Requires holding power button.

  • Result code (if available): error code 2345-0031 (0x3f59)

  • Steps to reproduce:

    • Launch Checkpoint with atmosphere 0.8.8
  • I Think more informations could be seen on this picture:

Thank you for your nice answers.
@piepie62 I just tried with thelast (0.8.9) atmosphere and got exactly the same screen…
@fennectech I've some doubt as I tried with 4 (!) different SD: a 200 GB on my switch under fw 8.0.0, a 128 GB and two diffrent 64 GB on my switch under fw 7.0.1… but all are SanDisk, is there something with Sandisk? I must point out that everything else seems working flawlessly with them.
I'm under Linux, so disk checking on exfat is not nicely implemented yet; I'll check the one in Fat32.

Nice to meet a fellow penguin. I recomend not using exfat at all on your switch. Can you try re copying a brand new copy of checkpoint. If it was previously corrupted by an sdcard that got borked that would definitly cause the issue to repeat across all your cards. No. Nothing with sandisk.

Thank you fennectech for your answer!
Using all fat32? Ok but Formating + cutting in parts all my game + install again all my games and updates (all that for ~ 310 GB) is too much for me…
I though of the "chained-corrupted-copie", and I downloaded it again, 3 times…

I think maybe I'm just unlucky. I'll wait for another (new) version of checkpoint, and in between, I'll use EdiZon instead…

Thank you all again!
