Everything in docs/ is in russian and in .docx format (except the git submodules.md).
I don't speak russion and I don't own Microsoft word, either.
I'd really apprechiate English documentation.
I'd write it myself but I honestly don't have any idea how to exactly use this. 😕

Ok, so apparently the stuff in docs/ is actually just a writeup...
