Modifier to other queries, should take another query object which supplies the subset.

Some things this should accept:

  • Any metric admissible to joined spatial aggregate
  • Any locator admissible to joined spatial aggregate
  • Subsets of the above
  • Random samples from the above

Plus unique subscribers - one would like to enable a scenario where you can run queries with a random sample of all subscribers, via the api.
