Hey, I've raised an initial PR to update the game system and quick start for V11

Thanks to @ieuanmeredith, Foundry V11 support is available for the system! Verified version will be updated after we've had a chance to sort out any bugs that may have popped up. Feedback is welcome!

I believe this issue should be closed as v11 support was rolled out some time ago.
