Censoring surrounding words

Hey, I think it would be a great idea to allow to censor not only a word/phrase that is specified on the list but also surrounding words. Many times you just know what was said if only one word is censored, but if 1 or 2 words on the left and on the right were also censored it would be much harder to know. I think such an option would be awesome. Great filter anyway! Thank you
