We should have a README describing the minimum setup required to download fuelup and start hacking right away on a Sway project.

This should be done after we have:

  1. the minimum viable fuelup up and running (which means we should be able to install fuelup with a simple command, which installs the latest forc and fuel-core binaries for devs to start work) minimum viable fuelup #8

  2. linux/mac compatible releases for the fuelup binary preliminary ci.yml #9
