Datacite button shows "Add" instead of "Edit" when a broken datacite.yml is present #121

If the repo has an invalid datacite.yml file, the Datacite file button shows "Add Datacite" and tries to create a file, which leads to an error.

The button should show the "Edit" label and function when a datacite.yml is present.
