This proposes adding a link for users to schedule meetings with our 'office hours'
It has a plain old link "Schedule meeting with team" in the header bar (float right) and also a splash Alert on the main page.
I made a custom react-y version of the code that is available for copy and paste in the google link because the google link wants to add custom css and js via script tags
