Make a page that describes strategies and resources for dealing with common servers and hosting environments:

  • Apache
  • nginx
  • Microsoft IIS
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Akamai
  • Cloudflare

Renaming this issue to make it more generic and track a page that links to resources for configuring common servers -- e.g. nginx, apache, IIS, haproxy, etc.

I think this is better solved by the internet than it is by https.cio.gov. Happy to re-open if others want to discuss.
