Location of tools?

Hi,

I’m trying to run the CNV calling tool after cloning the Git repo at https://github.com/Genalice/genalice-icr96.git, and after running the script reference.sh, get the following message:

gaReference: command not found
gaIndex: command not found

It looks like there are tools/executables called gaReference and gaIndex that are missing; there doesn’t seem to be a bin directory in the cloned repository with these tools, and other tools such as gaMap.

Please help in finding/invoking these tools.
