Made changes below to fix inconsistencies (scn = structured comment name). These changes fix IDs with multiple names.

  • MIXS:0000018: changed scn and label to "depth" in the ag package
  • MIXS:0000052: changed the label to "chimera check software" in the ag package
  • MIXS:0000056: changed the scn to "assembly_quality" in core and ag package, changed label to "assembly_quality" in ag package
  • MIXS:0000058: changed scn and label to "assembly software" in the ag package
  • MIXS:0000091: changed scn to "assoc_resource_url" and label to "associated electronic resource" in core and ag package, changed definition to "URL of a related resource that is referenced, cited, or otherwise associated to the sequence. "
  • MIXS:0000103: changed scn to "spikein_count" and label to "spike-in organism count" in ag package
  • MIXS:0000108: changed scn to "air_PM_concen" and label to "air particulate matter concentration" in air package
  • MIXS:0000110: changed scn to "samp_store_temp" in symbiont associated package
  • MIXS:0000335: changed scn to "soil_texture" and label to "soil texture" in soil and ag packages
  • MIXS:0000336: changed scn to "soil_texture_meth" and label to "soil texture method" in ag package
  • MIXS:0000338: changed scn to "tot_nitro_cont_meth" and label to "total nitrogen content method" in ag package
  • MIXS:0000339: changed scn to "micro_biomass_meth" in ag package
  • MIXS:0000343: changed label to "heavy metals method" in soil and aga packages
  • MIXS:0000571: changed scn to "non_min_nutr_regm" in ag package
  • MIXS:0000755: changed scn to "samp_store_loc" in food-human foods, food-animal and animal feed, and food-food production facility packages
  • MIXS:0001082: changed scn to "soil_horizon" in ag package
  • MIXS:0001107: changed scn to "samp_name" in symbiont-associated package
  • MIXS:0001138: changed label to "food shipping transportation vehicle" (lower case f) in food-human foods and food-farm environment packages
  • MIXS:0001139: changed scn to "food_source" (lower case f) in ag package
  • MIXS:0001184: changed scn to "food_product_type" (lower case f) and label to "food product type" in ag package. Also changed definition and expected value to match other packages.
  • MIXS:0001225: changed scn to "samp_collect_method" in core and food-human foods package

Other changes:

  • MIXS:0000109: Row is struck-through for the human vaginal package. Why? (not a change)
  • There was a term with the ID MIXS:0000755 (samp_store_loc) but it had a different label (sample transport container) and definition, so I gave it a new ID, MIXS:0001338
  • There was a term for "production labeling claims" in food-food production facility and food-farm environment packages that had no ID. I gave it the ID MIXS:0001337
