Changes

• Validation of the movableSpawners will now generate an actual error message if trying to set it to true whilst movableBlockEntities is set to false.

Bug fixes

• If both movableSpawners and movableBlockEntities were set to true and then you set movableBlockEntities to false, movableSpawners would remain true but would technically be disabled. The fix changes it so that setting movableBlockEntities to false will also set movableSpawners to false if it was originally true. A warning is generated to inform you that this has happened. ([BUG] - Can get into an illegal state setting movableBlockEntities to false when movableSpawners is true #145)
