GIV on CEX

We have been exploring ways to get GIV listed on a centralized exchange supported by Gemini. Most market makers we spoke to rejected getting us listed, one reason has been our small market cap for example.

Yass have been talking to several and spoke with 2 who are willing to help us: Atomic and Flovtec (both charge a fixed fee instead of an option).

Let's explore the fee structure for the market makers, but it may make more sense to wait until the market turns around to pay for CEX liquidity (mainly because liquidity in the space is already dry)

Good impression with Atmoic...but Kairon gave a better impression, best feeling with Grapefruit (best option for small caps).

Let's discuss these numbers with a wider audience.

Gemini is our most perferred exchange based on on-chain data from donations.

1. Grape Fruit - 1st proposal is as follows:
   We give Grapefruit a loan of 10M GIV, 250k USDC
   A year from now if..

• GIV is above 4.5 cents
  • they will give us back 700k USDC
• GIV is between 4.5 cents and 2.5 cents
  • they will give us back 10M GIV, 250k USDC
• GIV is below 2.5 cents they will give us 20M GIV
  • they will give us back 20M GIV

2. ICONIC - call planned for 27.09. Seems they can get us on Gemini.

3. Gravity team - had a call and shared details. waiting for feedback and whether they can list us on Gemini

Grapefruit is open to reducing initial loan from 250k. Pending full offer. Will be presented in Research call once proposed. Opens us to the opportunity to withdrawal funds from angel vault (centralized version of angel vault e.g. 250k loan == ~10k wall on each side of GF liq.)
