I can imagine it's hard to prevent emails from being marked as spam, but it shouldn't be impossible. For me the email header contains multiple sender addresses, including noreply=extensionpay.com@mg.extensionpay.com and Extension Trial <noreply@extensionpay.com>, maybe this is triggering the spam filter?
