Description of your suggestion.

I want to create custom tiers for a specific armor. If the item contains for example the tag 'c:helmets' and 'custom_tag', i would like to be able to specify that that item can only have tiers valid to 'custom_tag', and the normal tiers from 'c:helmets' should not be applied to it.
