Azure SQL DB shows 0 lines covered #51

Azure SQL DB is showing no lines covered, seems to be that not all events are being received (need to be more aggresive in draining events after finishing a run) and also statements don't seem to be matching up.

Seeing the same problem. Inconsistent results when running multiple tSQLt tests across several objects. Adding waits before/after running the tests doesn't seem to add any consistency or increased coverage reliably.
