size-plugin depends on a vulnerable version of Axios

I see #48 was created by Dependabot to resolve this, but 'fixed' versions of Axios have breaking changes.

Happy to take a look at this if it helps.

I have a fix, I just need to get it merged. The Google developer check thing failed and had timed out by the time it got attention. I think I just need to close / re-open the PR but I won't have time for that this week.
