Update Slurm-GCP v6 modules and examples to 6.5.2 #2594

Adopt Slurm-GCP 6.5.2. From the perspective of Toolkit users the changes are

  • NVIDIA K80 variant image is no longer published because the hardware has reached EOL on Google Cloud
  • Terraform modules are now compatible with google provider 5.x
  • All Slurm images now include
    • enroot + pyxis
    • PMIx 4
