I would be great if comments on PDF files will be included on the rendered image.

Hey, you can set an annotation flag in

docnet/src/Docnet.Core/Readers/IPageReader.cs

Line 42 in c9a799a

byte[] GetImage(RenderFlags flags);
to include annotations in the rendered document.
