Do we want the default wallet option to be unselected? in the initial signup flow?

Should we have a selfie confirmation step?

How can we explain why we need the selfie?
Can we use audio recordings to explain things to the user/planter?
How can we explain the reasoning for the checkin photo?

If village champ can be trusted, can we leave the target wallet up to them without things being falsified? No, we want to make the planter select the wallet they want their trees to go to every session.

Dominate model is the village champ model. We're not trying to solve individual people using someone else's phone to plant trees.

There are 3 situations:

First world person

don't want the checkin process
Can give a prompt in their language that helps them enable the app for single user mode

Village champ

want planters to verify when they plant

Many people tracking for themselves but sharing a device

Do we want to allow app restrictions based on location? No

Should we add a confirmation when a person begins their session?

We should have a tutorial for new people to show how to use the tracking aspect of the app.

Should we have "idle" hints? If the user is not doing anything on a screen that requires action, a tooltip or something to direct attention can help remind the person how to use the app.

Should we go back to checkin intervals with auto kickout? No, we want mid session checkins. These will ask to take a photo to verify who they are to avoid fraud

We'd need to contextualize the mid session before just showing a selfie
We could game-ify this mid session check in. This would also make things easier for the first world user.
Show the mid session checkin image as showing the story of the planter.
