Filter growers by number of captures #275

Users need to be able to filter growers in the Admin Panel by their number of captures (using ranges) in order to quickly distinguish between users who have signed up but not have captured anything, those who are just trying it out or getting started, and those who are regular users.

See Greenstand/treetracker-admin-client#888 for the issue on the client side.

Proposed ranges:

  • 0
  • 1-25
  • 25+
