Cursor becomes visible when it should stay hidden

Clicking and holding the right mouse button hides the cursor while manipulating the camera. Moving the mouse to the left or right will eventually result in the cursor becoming visible again. Dragging the mouse very slowly to the left or right while holding right-click does not cause the cursor to reappear, but if you speed up a bit it will 'pop' out.

It's an old, old issue, but I thought it was worth creating a report for. Present in MOULa with or without the H'uru client.
