This commit removes obsolete code that was ifdef'd for 68k Macs running OS9, PS2, and XBox. Also fixed was code that used ifdefs to work around endian issues for PowerPC and other big-endian architectures; those have been folded in and updated to use the appropriate functions from hsTypes.h.
