Game launcher panel doesn't work anymore on windows 7

seem that shareddllproxy32.dll require a version of mfplat.dll that only work in windows 10 , the change happen between version v2.48.2 and v2.51.7 and i didn't tried the versions in the middle; trying to manually updating the mfplat and related dll failed due to windows 7 incompatibility; games can still be launched manually but you have to switche manuallt the settings related.
Downgrading shareddllproxy32.dll seem to work for now.
mfplat.dll 32bit in win7 is 12.0.7601.24499 , error is "The procedure entry point MFPutWorkItem2 could not be localted in the dynamic link library MFPlat.dll

I did not check the 64bit version; i was dealing with a game that doesn't start in windows 10.
