Outlook 2021 for Mac is using Outlook AutoDetect.

HTTP method: GET
URL: https://prod-autodetect.outlookmobile.com/detect?services=office365,outlook,google,yahoo,icloud&protocols=all&timeout=20
HTTP header: X-Email with content "myemail@example.com"

And Outlook on Windows is unreadable/crap regarding logging!
But the Outlook Test E-mail AutoConfiguration function shows am Autodiscover endpoint that is working, so the problem is elsewhere.

We may want to give XML responses with MS-OXDSCLI error codes when the wrong namespaces and endpoints are requested: Autodiscover Exchange ActiveSync MobileSync XML & Autodiscover POX XML & Autodiscover Exchange ActiveSync JSON.

I need to test autodiscover requests with MS Exchange Servers.
Microsoft proxy servers are not documented, so best way to know more is to try it out with MS Exchange Servers.
