@nchancel: please verify that the embedding figures are correct according to their names.

@nchancel: In the embedding figures, thank you for making the un-used edges a lighter shade of grey, however the pegasus-only edges (the +4 in K4,4+4) are still quite dark, so it's hard to tell the difference between a used and un-used pegasus-only edge... I don't know what you want to do about that: maybe make these pegasus-only edges lighter, or make the used edges (everywhere) a little bit thicker.

@nchancel: There's currently 3 different vertex colors for the embedding figures: black, grey, red. Logical qubits get black and grey for regular and chained qubits, but auxiliary cubits are the same no matter what (red if they're regular, red if they're chained). Maybe we can just stick to BLACK and RED, and make the thick edge connecting two red vertices, to be RED as well. Maybe a slightly thicker line can be used for chained qubits.

Issues have now been addressed, found a few mislabeled figures but did not affect layout
