Year dropdown defaults back to 1900

The year dropdown at the top has a range up to around 100 years after. If you input a year in the date that passes that value the dropdown defaults back to the start (1900).

I understand this is a strange case and probably doesn't apply for mostly the entire usage of a datepicker control, but I thought you might want to know.

Yes, I have a use case where I need a year dropdown to scroll way back (an app about history).
