Change alter table statements to 1 with MODIFY, correct column name for ucm_content table in UPDATE statement.

Combine 2 alter table statements to 1, use MODIFY, correct column name for ucm_content table in UPDATE statement.
Just tested in PhpMyAdmin on MySQL 8 with strict mode on.
