This PR updates Nuxt from
rc.10torc.13and actualizes the configuration file of the project to keep PostCSS working as expected. It also replaces@nuxtjs/stylelint-modulewithvite-plugin-stylelintas the previous one broke during build with the Nuxt 3 update.
