Grab 1 item out of 55

Hi i am trying to make the program grab from a layer 1 time per. png and vary the other parts of the layers.
Is there a simple way of doing this?
Basically just getting 55 different png. but not duplicating one of the variables, so it will generate 55 different images with 55 that will be the max ill need without duplicating that particular layer.
