New:

• Redesigned DeckPicker (Please report any problems in #979)
  • You can now select decks without them being selected as the "active deck" (click "USE" to set as active)
  • Layout and icon set can be changed via options > tracker > settings > icon set / deck layout
  • Loading large numbers of decks should be faster now. Especially after the intial loading.
• Slightly restructured options > tracker > plugins and added a "plugins folder" button.
• Importing from hearthbuilder
• You can now disable the login dialog via options > tracker > setting > show login dialog

Fixes:

• Should fix an issue with loading local config files and crashes caused by that (#1036)

Known issues:

• Deck ContextMenu > QUICK SET TAG does not update properly
• Will crash on start with default config. To fix: set <ThemeName> to <ThemeName>BaseLight<ThemeName> in %AppData%/HearthstoneDeckTracker/config.xml
