Bug: User can Sign Up without required email field

Summary

if you leave the email field empty, the check is performed looks like only 1 time

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Sign Up page
2. Fill all fields except email
3. Press Create Account button
4. When messages about an empty field appear, press Create Account again

Expected result

Account will not create, user stay on create account page

Actual result

Account successfully created
