Add draw.io (Diagramming Tool)

draw.io is a free online Diagram software that allows you to create various types of diagrams and charts, such as flowcharts, network diagrams, UML diagrams, ER diagrams, BPMN diagrams, and circuit diagrams.
I think it is a must have tool for us Computer Science students as well as students from other courses.
