[BUG] Sending HMD data doesnt work #11

Describe the bug
When running full_udu_test.py the HMD does not track (i'm unaware if the other 13 float trackers work)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

run full_udu_test.py
open steamvr with the driver installed
open a steamvr compatible game
the view position will not move even when given HMD coordinates and rotations

Expected behavior
The view position would change as the HMD position and location is changed

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
SteamVR version: 2.1.9
hobo_vr version: 0.6.6
poser info: udu poser from examples/full_udu_test.py
