UI to set up account not showing up #124

After adding the integration and setting up the yaml the UI doesn't show up.
No errors are thrown by HA, so unfortunately its hard to troubleshoot.

What can be done to force this?

FYI - I needed to look under the notifications pane. I was searching for a minute trying to find it.
