I love the idea and implementation of Neuters and I think it would be even better with the addition of preferences.
Features like more themes option or option to enable low-res image would be great, in my opinion

That would absolutely be possible. I decided against embedding images initially because they are exclusively irrelevant to the actual article.

Along with more options, it would be great if neuters could accept url parameters like nitter does.
Some examples:

I know neuters already has dynamic theming, but url params are still useful in some cases.
