I've been using PIConnect 0.9.1 with Python 3.8 and Pythonnet 2.5.2 without issue. However, I recently migrated to Python 3.11, requiring an upgrade to Pythonnet 3.0.4 (as 2.5.2 is incompatible).
The following code, which worked perfectly before the migration, now throws an exception:

Upgrading PIConnect to 0.12.1 did not resolve the problem.
