Process QA found the following issue:

  1. Project is missing collection protocol (Slack conversation). Not sure if this will require re-ingest to add a protocol. Has been added to hca-data-wrangling/issues/349
  2. The 'Cell line' tab does not have any associated protocols, but instead has publication doi and url. Is this consistent representation between projects?
  3. The Differentiation protocol 'P-GSE93593-1' describes process of constructing hESC cell lines and their neural differentiation. This protocol is listed as in the 'Cell suspension' tab, but would make more sense in the 'Cell line' tab.
