Humanizer.Core not working correctly, show localized strings instead of english

I installed Humanizer.Core
https://www.nuget.org/packages/Humanizer.Core/
But it still display localized strings like Chinese on my Chinese manufactured Android phone which is quite weird.
I read the documentation says that if I only install Humanizer.Core, it will be english. Why is it not the case?

Never mind, it's the issue that I have to uninstall and reinstall the app on the phone for it to work because previously I had the Humanizer package installed which includes the kitchen sink. If I simply install over the old app, the language resources remained.
