E1127 08:33:46.533918 21488 deployer.go:41] Unable to reload cluster state: Unable to load deployment status: Unable to load file /tmp/deployer/Deployments/in-cluster-054b01e7: Unable to decode file to struct: invalid character '"' after top-level value

This happened to a deployment that was automatically deleted.
