People read from the top down.
And not everybody sees the whole screen.
Then it's important people get the information in the order they expect it.

If you add the progress bar at the bottom of a view, most people may miss that information.

A progress bar is important, it encurages people to continue filling out a multi step form. Especially people sufferening form anxiety.

So place the progress bar above the form. Where everyone can discover it easely.
Also please improve the colour contrat of the text of the steps.
