Take a look at http://dev.dashboard.iatistandard.org/publisher/scuk.html

The 33 codes that are not on the codelist are because they are using RO as a vocab.

Any idea how we mitigate for this?

We can mitigate this by treating codelists distinctly depending on what vocabulary is specified.

In case anyone arrives here having clicked through from one of the yellow notices on the IATI dashboard: I’ve sent a fix for this issue (#505; IATI/IATI-Stats#135), which is awaiting review by the IATI secretariat technical team.
