Update PDEX Drug Formulary IG to 1.0.1 profiling

UPDATE
The Release Notes must be updated to tell users of 1.0.0, that they must reindex or update each resource in order to take advantage of IBM FHIR Server's search capabilities.

The reason for this requests/must-do is related to a Search Parameter type change. String to Token.
