Issue description / feature objectives

Incorporate agile authoring template artifacts, documentation and tutorial(s).

1. Create template repos under or co-located with compliance-trestle for each type (Catalog, Profile, Component Definition, SSP, POAM) of OSCAL document
   • see creating-a-repository-from-a-template
2. Populate template repo(s) with automation scripts and example artifact(s)
   • Some additional functionality that is common to all repos may be incorporated as submodule(s), and as such a separate repo for same may be needed
3. Create agile authoring tutorials in compliance trestle (with link and short intro on home page) that employs the template repos to setup:
   a) a single merged repo with all artifacts (sandbox or small entity use)
   b) multiple repos with one artifact per repo, and with automations that push changes between them

Caveats / Assumptions

• GitHub Actions can be employed to facilitate intra-repo requests

Completion Criteria

The tutorials and use of templates are tested and work according to the instructions.
