Could you add Toronto's activity stream implementation:

https://iiif.library.utoronto.ca/presentation/v2/discovery

Permission from Rachel. Can probably go at the end of:

https://github.com/IIIF/discovery/blob/master/source/api/harvest/0.1/index.md

There's a LOT of bugs in their implementation.

I guess a process question is what quality of implementation is required to be listed? If others were to copy this pattern, we would have very divergent systems. Is there a contact or github repo where we can provide feedback?

Defer until the implementation is up to spec.

Apparently in the call 20-03 the decision is to defer only until June this year: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1euqZKOpkppKuRYRRx6PhegNDBeLIsrDfrelI16U32TM/
The plan is to release a call to implementation in time for the Göttingen. If there's no news from the Toronto implementation by then, then we close this issue.
@mattmcgrattan @azaroth42 is this a correct reading?
