Is there a chance to get 1.3.2 on a stable Ubuntu 19.10 repo (eoan) or do i have to wait 2 month for Ubuntu 20.04 (focal)?

Thanks, but is there a chance to get a stable release via official release channels?
(this is important for me before i can recommend this tool to other users: users that are not able to compile something and i do not want to "make them think" that it is ok to install stuff from testing channels, as the are not experienced enough to judge the implications themselfs today and in the near future)

As Ubuntu 19.10 (eoan) has only 2 or so months left till end of life and only 18 days till 20.04 LTS comes out, you will not likely be seeing an update to 19.10s official package repo.

I would wait the 18 days, then upgrade your recommendation to 20.04 LTS, I would also suggest that any new user start with an LTS version of Linux including Ubuntu.

"Debian Testing" is not what you may think, it is akin to the non-LTS version of Debian, not unlike the non-LTS versions of Ubuntu, the packages that are not recommended for advanced users are in "Debian Unstable".
