Missing menu

Describe the bug
The menu tray is not showing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open QtPass (v1.3.2)
2. Observe

Expected behavior
buttons for new password, edit password, edit config, etc

Have not been able to reproduce this on any Ubuntu system on 19.04, 20.04 or later
